All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Postal Service (USPS).
Orders are normally shipped the following business day after your order is received.
Typically you will receive your order in 5 – 7 business days.

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your R2 Solutions product, please email us at customercare@r2fishschool.com
for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 30 calendar days of the
receipt of the product. If the item is returnable and you send it back to us unopened
in the original box, R2 Solutions will offer you a refund based on your original
method of payment. You must return the product via USPS within 14 calendar days
of the issuance of the RMA. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked
packaging including any accessories or manuals that shipped with the product.
A credit refund will be issued for the value of the merchandise less shipping
costs. Please allow 2 weeks for processing.
